Pinot Grigio- IGT (2006)

This 100% Pinot Grigio wine is produced in East Veneto. The grapes are harvested by hand in the early morning hours of the day. The wine is then aged in tanks for 3-5 months and then in bottles for 2-3 months. 

With an intense aroma and notes of nutmeg, peach, apple, and citrus this strong straw yellow wine yields a dry and elegant taste, with strong hints of orange peel.

Best served with fish dishes, vegetable soups, and soft cheeses at a temperature of 46-50ºF.
