Baric

Baric, an exclusive wine of Veglio Michelino & Figlio, is made from the best of the Nebbiolo and Dolcetto grapes.  This robust red wine is not overly aged as to preserve its fruitiness.  It is an excellent accompaniment to meat dishes.  Baric is best served at room temperature, uncorking the bottle a few hours before drinking.

Barolo - DOCG (2003)

The harmonic body of this red wine is delicate with an intense bouquet of fruits and spices.  Barolo is best served at 64ºF with dishes of fine red meat and game.  It is also the perfect conclusion to an exquisite meal.

Barbera D'Alba - DOC (2004)

A dry, full-bodied, red wine; Barbera d’Alba goes well with dishes of red and wild meats as well as cheeses. It is best served at room temperature.

Langhe Nebbiolo - DOC (2005)

A fine wine served at 64ºF.  The Nebbiolo grapes are soft pressed, preserved in stainless steel, and refined in large oak barrels for 1 year.  It goes well with meat and cheese dishes.

Sinfonia

Made from Dolcetto, Barbera, & Nebbiolo grapes. Sinfonia is an excellent table wine.  It's young, fruity, low in alcohol, and goes well with everyday meals.

Moscato d'Asti - DOCG (2006)

The intense aroma of this sparkling white wine is reminiscent of freshly picked grapes.  A perfect conclusion to a meal or dessert served between 46º-50ºF.
