Vini di Bacco Red Table Wine is a blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, which are two of the most well-known Italian varieties.  The wine is very easy to drink as it provides a soft and well-balanced taste.

Alcohol:      12% by vol.

Color:         Ruby-red

Aroma:       Full, fresh and fruity

Taste:        Dry, savory, lightly tannin

This wine is recommended with pasta dishes, cheeses and red meat.  It should be served between 64°-68° F.

Vini di Bacco Pinot Grigio is harvested at the beginning of September when the grapes are appropriately ripe. The wine is refined for 5-6 months in stainless steel tanks and then bottled.

Colour:            Straw to copper yellow
Aroma:            Fruity and intense with                         notes of white flowers.
Taste:             It is dry, soft and well-                         balanced.

Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with fish starters, rice or pasta dishes with fish, white meat, boiled or grilled fish and soufflés. Serve between 46º-50 °F

Moscato D'Asti is the greatest of Piedmont’s white dessert wines. This wine is bottled using carefully selected local grapes from vines that characteristically produce small quantities of exquisite fruit. It is a traditional Italian celebration wine.

Alcohol:           5.5%
Colour:            Straw yellow and pale gold
Aroma:            Typically spicy but delicate                         muscat 

Taste:             Sweet, very aromatic and                         well-balanced.
 
Provides a perfect combination with sweets and desserts.
Serve at 46 °F

Piemonte Moscato is one of the classic dessert wines grown in the Piedmont region. This sweet white wine is made up of the finest grown Muscat grapes in the region.

Alcohol:           5.5%
Colour:            Straw coloured and golden                         yellow 

Aroma:            Typical nose of the Muscat                         grapes, with a sweet and                         characteristic fruity aroma.

This soft sparkling wine is often enjoyed with sweets, fruits, and desserts. A great wine that can be drank during celebrations. Should be served between 43º-46 °F

The Prosecco is produced using the Charmat process, a method of fermenting the wine twice and bottling it under pressure, is used to produce this sparkling wine. Made from top quality hillside grapes, this wine keeps all the classic fragrances of the Prosecco grape.

Colour:            Faded straw yellow colors
Taste:             Very dry, harmonious with                        strong fruity tastes of pear                        and apple.

Excellent as an aperitif.  Should be served at 44 °F
